Commercial Insulation Company, Inc. is a full service thermal insulation company specializing in insulation and sheet metal jacketing for mechanical systems. Commercial or industrial - pipes, valves, pumps, boilers, breaching, towers, digesters, duct systems, you name it – if you need to keep it hot or cold, we have the experience to install the system required. We are experienced in “plan and spec” commercial projects, military construction, design engineering, power, process, paper and chemical manufacturing maintenance and construction.

Located in Jacksonville, FL, our general geographic coverage is from Brunswick, GA in the North to White Springs, FL in the West and Orlando, FL to the South. However, we have worked within a circle from Mobile, AL to Atlanta, GA to Raleigh, NC to Miami, FL. Packaged systems and vessels that we have insulated circumnavigate the globe.

Originated in 1977, we merged with DeWitt Insulation Company in 1999, adding years of industrial field experience to our team. We trade exclusively under the Commercial Insulation Company name now.

The DeWitt merger also brought Industrial Environmental Corporation into the business family. IEC is an asbestos removal/containment contracting firm. They are licensed, insured and experienced in all types of ACM projects, from commercial projects of ceiling and floor tile removal to industrial projects in paper mills and power plants. In addition, IEC is experienced in the operation and maintenance (O and M) programs approved by NESHAPS.
